Deriln Flanagan is always talking about his passion for football. His dream is to one day play for the NFL and later become a sports Journalist.

Flanagan has been playing football sicne the third grade. In fifth grade, he was chosen to play the position of tackle as the defensive-end. His number one fans, Derilyn Flanagan I and Jamie Flanagan, are the reason for him continuing the sport.

The Natchitoches Central junior siad that he will not be mediocre.

Flangan is looking studying mass communication at the college of his choosing. Hoping to play college ball and if the opportunity present itself pro ball. After retiring from football, Flanagan wants to be a sports broadcaster.
