Kenneth Miles has always wanted to help student athletes who seem to be falling behind in the classroom and he helps them make decisions that could improve their life in the future.

Mile has always lived by one motto: be a man to others. He explains that if you have been a man to others you have impacted their life for the better. He also explained that in order to gain success, you have to have others that are willing to help you succeed and always be by your side. This has always been a reason why he is devoted to helping these student athletes. Also, some of these athletes don’t have a parental figure to look up to so he likes to be that figure for them.

 

Since Miles has joined LSU, the graduation rates for student athletes has gone from 69% to 84%. Miles hopes to continue having much success in the future for athletes who are soon to join the athletic program.
